Ingredients
1 6-ounce chicken breast, cut into 1/4-inch cubes (about 25-30 pieces)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup hot sauce, (I like Frank's brand)
12 slices thick cut bacon, halved
1 cup, crumbled blue cheese
Toothpicks

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Soak toothpicks in water to prevent them from burning in the oven.

In a large bowl, mix chicken with melted butter and hot sauce until well coated. Lay a 1/2 slice of bacon flat and fill with one piece of chicken, and one piece of blue cheese in the center. Fold the bacon over the filling and use a toothpick to close tight. Cook in the oven until the bacon is crisp and sizzling, about 25 minutes.

Cook with soul. Eat with pleasure!
