Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup quartered strawberries
1 orange, peeled and segmented 
2 plums, each cut into eighths  
1/2 cup (1/4-inch) slices cucumber, partly peeled 3/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh basil leaves, plus whole leaves for garnish
1 tablespoon mint sauce 
1/4 cup plain vanilla-bean yogurt 
1 tablespoon water 

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, orange, plum slices, cucumber, blueberries, and chopped basil. In a separate bowl, mix the mint sauce, yogurt, and water until well combined. In a serving plate or bowl, serve the salad and drizzle the yogurt on top. Garnish with the fresh basil leaves. 

Serves 2

Helpful Hints
I love this salad with the mint sauce yogurt dressing. I discovered mint sauce while in London and I am a huge fan. However, if you cannot find mint sauce in your local supermarket, just use 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves. The taste won't be that different.
