Serves 1 Milkshake
2 strips bacon, cut in half vertically
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 (14 fluid-ounce) Hagen Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 cup milk (more depending)
2 tablespoons Bourbon Whiskey
1 tablespoon bacon fat
What to Do
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon on each side until crisp, about 8 minutes. Place the cooked bacon on a wire wrack and coat with 2 tablespoons maple syrup using a brush.
Combine other ingredients in a blender or milkshake canister. Blend at medium speed until smooth. Add more milk if you like a looser milkshake. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
