Banana Pudding Ice Cream

Ingredients 
2 tablespoons unsalted butter 
1 cup frozen bananas
​¼ cup light brown sugar  
1 package banana pudding instant pudding 
1 cup heavy cream, cold
2 cups frozen bananas 
1 teaspoon pure vanilla beans 
8 vanilla wafer cookies 

Directions
In a food processor, combine the instant pudding, heavy cream, frozen bananas, and vanilla beans. Process until the mixture forms an ice cream consistency, about 5 minutes. Scrape down the processor to combine all the ingredients and process again until smooth. 

Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the bananas and sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Cook the bananas until a syrup is formed, about 5 minutes; swirling the pan occasionally. Set aside. 

Assemble cookies at the bottom of a small glass, add the ice cream, caramelized bananas, cookies, ice cream, caramelized bananas. Cook with soul. Eat with pleasure!
