1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, grated or minced
Kosher salt and crushed red pepper flakes
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the broccoli florets onto a baking tray. Toss the broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt and crushed red pepper flakes. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the broccoli is slightly browned and tender.
